Agile Marketing Solutions, L.L.C. was founded in 2002 by Sherrie Stuckey Welsh to support the marketing needs of small to mid-sized businesses. We function as a virtual outsourced Marketing Department for companies who may not have the resources or desire to hire a full marketing team but still want to reap the benefits of professional, high quality, integrated marketing efforts.
We are more than your typical "consultants." We work in partnership with you to maximize the impact, efficiency and effectiveness of your marketing efforts. Our marketing support extends from the strategic planning phase through implementation. We work with your team to develop a strategy and marketing plans that fit your needs, then help you execute these plans by supporting your organization's existing team with flexible, expert resources as appropriate to deliver results.
We believe that Marketing is an integral part of business rather than something that happens as an afterthought. We take a partnering approach with our clients, beginning with an understanding of your business. We spend time getting to know your company, competitors, market environment, customers and other stakeholders, and your team. We discuss your goals and objectives, and use this information to develop a strategic plan that supports your unique business needs.
HOW WE WORK:
Through a collaborative process, we strive first to gain an understanding of your unique business needs, goals and objectives. Then we develop a customized marketing plan aligned with your strategic goals and objectives and integrated with your business plan to achieve maximum impact. We work with your team after your plan is developed to ensure that it is executed effectively. Because we consider your marketing plan a “living document”, we continually evaluate performance and returns on various marketing tactics, adapt to changes in the marketplace, and adjust the plan on an ongoing basis. We accomplish this through regular communication with you and meetings that include key team members, both external and internal, based on current marketing initiatives and programs. This allows us to keep various initiatives on track.
